I'm a hormone health coach specialising in anti-inflammatory living for women with endometriosis. I have lived with endo myself, and I know what it feels like to be told the pill is your only option and to walk out of appointments without a real plan.

I spent years learning how to support my body through food, lifestyle, and the daily choices that actually move the needle. In September 2024, I had a seven-hour excision surgery, and the work I had already done meant my body was in the best possible position going in and coming out.

Today I feel genuinely well in my body, in a way I didn't think was possible when my symptoms were at their worst.
